Our mint is spearmint, also known as nana mint (Mentha spicata): the bright, sweet, refreshing mint of mint tea, tabbouleh, salads and mojitos. It grows all year in the market gardens along the coast near Lomé, where boreholes keep the beds watered through the dry season.
Choose the bunch size that suits your business: retail bunches of about 50 g, ready for the shelf, or food-service bunches of about 100 g for kitchens and bars.
How we supply it:
- Cut early in the morning, tied by hand and pre-cooled right after harvest.
- Packed in lined boxes of 2 kg or 5 kg, or by the pallet of 100 kg (50 × 2 kg boxes).
- Kept at 0–4 °C with high humidity. Fresh herbs are very perishable, so we ship them only by air freight, with an unbroken cold chain.
Every lot is traceable to the farm.
For a weekly supply, write to us and we will plan the flights with you.
