Passion fruit vines climb over fences and trellises in the gardens of southern Togo. Each round fruit holds a cluster of crunchy seeds wrapped in golden, jelly-like pulp with an intense tropical aroma and a lively sweet-tart taste. Just a few fruits are enough to flavour a jug of juice, a mousse or a cocktail.
We pick the fruits when they are fully coloured and still smooth, then grade them by size.
How we supply them:
- Three sizes, about 60 g, 80 g and 100 g per fruit.
- Three lot formats: basket (20 kg), crate (50 kg) and pallet (200 kg), in ventilated cartons.
- Kept at 7–10 °C and shipped by air freight, so the skin stays smooth and the pulp full.
Juice bars, drink makers and pastry kitchens are the main buyers. Every lot is traceable to the farm.
Volumes for the coming season can be booked now.
