In Togo, the “citron” on every market stall is usually the small green lime, while yellow lemons are grown in smaller volumes in the orchards of the south and the Plateaux. We offer both:
- Lime (citron vert): small, very juicy and intensely aromatic, about 60–80 g.
- Yellow lemon (citron jaune): larger, with thick fragrant zest, about 150–200 g.
Both are sold by the basket (20 kg), crate (50 kg) or pallet (200 kg), kept at 10–13 °C and shipped by refrigerated container. Every lot is traceable to the orchard.
Pick limes or lemons below. Both can go in the same order.
