Tommy Atkins is the most widely traded mango in North America: a bright red-blushed fruit with firm flesh that handles transport very well. Its moderate fibre keeps cubes and slices firm in fresh-cut packs.
Our Tommy Atkins mangoes are available from Apr to Jul, in two sizes of about 400 g and 600 g per fruit.
How we supply them:
- Picked at the mature-green stage, washed, graded by size and packed in ventilated cartons.
- Three lot formats: basket (20 kg), crate (50 kg) and pallet (200 kg).
- Shipped by refrigerated container at 12–13 °C, the standard for West African mango exports, then ripened at destination. Colder storage would damage the fruit.
Every lot is traceable to the orchard.
You can book the coming season now and mix several varieties in one container.
