Wholesale Terms
These wholesale terms are provided as a general commercial reference and have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. They should be reviewed by a qualified business lawyer, and aligned with DIKOBIO’s actual supplier and payment agreements, before being relied on as binding.

Who these terms apply to
These Wholesale Terms apply to commercial buyers — grocery retailers, distributors, importers, restaurants, food-service companies, and similar businesses — purchasing or requesting quotations for products through DIKOBIO. They apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.
Quotations and pricing
Prices shown on the Site are indicative wholesale prices. A binding price is confirmed only once DIKOBIO issues a written quotation in response to a Request Quote or Add to Quote submission. Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation, or if unstated, for 14 calendar days, after which pricing must be reconfirmed. Prices may change based on supplier pricing, seasonality, quantity, packaging, exchange rates, freight, and market conditions.
Minimum order quantities
Minimum order quantities vary by product, packaging format, and supplier, and are stated in the product listing or confirmed at the time of quotation. DIKOBIO reserves the right to decline orders below the applicable minimum.
Order confirmation
An order is confirmed only once both parties agree in writing (including email) to the product, quantity, packaging, price, and delivery terms. DIKOBIO may request a deposit or full payment in advance of production, consolidation, or shipment, particularly for first-time buyers or custom sourcing requests.
Payment
Payment for confirmed Canadian orders is accepted by the methods made available at checkout or invoicing, which may include credit/debit card processing through Stripe. For suppliers and partners in Togo/West Africa, Mobile Money and card payment may be available through Flutterwave. All amounts are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed; FCFA figures shown on the Site are indicative only.
Product substitution and availability
Agricultural products are subject to natural variation in supply. If a confirmed product becomes unavailable, DIKOBIO will contact the buyer to offer a substitute, a partial shipment, a delayed shipment, or a full refund of any amount paid for the unavailable portion.
Delivery and risk
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at quotation and are not guaranteed, given the dependencies described in our Shipping & Logistics Policy. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer according to the delivery terms stated in the order confirmation.
Inspection and claims
Buyers should inspect goods promptly on delivery. Claims for shortage, damage, or quality issues must be reported to info@dikobio.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable. Claims made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Cancellations
Orders for perishable agricultural products generally cannot be cancelled once sourcing, consolidation, or shipment has begun. Cancellation requests are reviewed case by case and may be subject to costs already incurred.
Force majeure
DIKOBIO is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, crop failure, port or customs disruptions, transportation failures, strikes, or government action.
Regulated products
Meat and animal products are not available for direct online purchase. All enquiries for these products are handled through our Request Pricing / Request Quote process, subject to confirmation of applicable import, veterinary, and processing requirements before any commercial shipment, as described in our Import Disclaimer.
