Whole goats of 50 or 80 kg live weight, with or without the head, raised by West African herders. Slaughtered under veterinary inspection, chilled or frozen, and delivered by refrigerated truck within the WAEMU zone.
We supply whole goats to professional buyers across West Africa: butchers, meat distributors, restaurants, caterers and event organisers. The goats are raised by herders in the region, selected for size and condition, and slaughtered in approved abattoirs under veterinary inspection. Goat meat is lean and full of flavour, a staple of grills, soups and stews across the region.
How we supply it:
- Two sizes, sold by live weight: 50 kg and 80 kg (110 and 176 lbs). The dressed carcass is about 45–50 % of the live weight.
- Presented with or without the head, according to your needs.
- Chilled or frozen after slaughter and delivered in an unbroken cold chain by refrigerated truck.
- Cutting into halves or pieces can be arranged on request.
Where we deliver: this product is sold and delivered in West Africa only (WAEMU countries), priced in FCFA. It is sourced from licensed livestock suppliers in the delivery country and is not exported to Canada.
