What is the minimum order?
There is no fixed platform-wide minimum. Order sizes are quoted case by case: restaurants often start with single or a few cases, distributors with full pallets.
Which provinces do you deliver to?
Canada-wide. Ontario and Quebec have the shortest lead times; other provinces are quoted with freight included in your estimate.
How is fresh produce handled at the border?
Shipments are prepared to Safe Food for Canadians and CFIA requirements before leaving origin, including bilingual FR/EN labelling and required certificates.
How do I pay?
Card and bank transfer for Canadian accounts (Stripe), Mobile Money and card for Togo and West African partners (Flutterwave).
