Sourced with intention. Delivered with rigor.

DIKOBIO connects trusted Togolese and West African producers to Canadian restaurants, distributors and retailers — one accountable supply chain, not a marketplace of strangers.

Why DIKOBIO exists

Most import channels into Canada run through two or three intermediaries before a product reaches a buyer — each one adding cost, delay, and a break in accountability. DIKOBIO was built to shorten that chain: direct producer relationships in Togo and West Africa, CFIA-aware logistics, and one point of contact from order to delivery.

We started with easy-to-import, non-perishable staples — dried mango, cashew, gari, fonio, smoked fish, shea butter — and we are building toward fresh produce as our cold-chain logistics mature.

How we got here

2025

DFS incorporated

DIKO FOODS SERVICES INC. is formed, and the web platform (originally DFS Board) begins development as a bilingual FR/EN, multi-currency CFA/CAD wholesale catalogue.

2025

Platform renamed DIKOBIO

The site is renamed to reflect the organic, farm-direct character of the sourcing model, and the first product sheets go live.

Now

Building the fresh-produce lane

Non-perishable staples are live. Cold-chain partners on both sides of the Atlantic, VersaCold and Congebec in Canada, AGL and MEDLOG in Togo, are being qualified for fresh fruit and produce.

How we operate

Traceable sourcing

Every lot is tied to a named producer or cooperative in Togo or West Africa — not a generic “African supplier” line.

Compliance-first

CFIA and Safe Food for Canadians requirements are handled before a shipment leaves origin, not discovered at the border.

One relationship

A single account contact from quote to delivery — no hand-off between sales, logistics, and support.
