Our turkeys are raised by poultry farmers in the region and slaughtered under veterinary inspection. Lean and generous, a turkey feeds a large table, which makes it a favourite of hotels, caterers and event organisers. Demand peaks at Christmas and year-end celebrations, so we recommend booking early for December.
How we supply it:
- Three sizes: 4 kg, 5 kg and 6 kg per bird (8.8, 11 and 13.2 lbs).
- Oven-ready: plucked and eviscerated, head and feet removed, priced per bird.
- Packed in boxes, chilled or frozen after slaughter and delivered in an unbroken cold chain by refrigerated truck.
- Minimum order: 10 birds.
Where we deliver: this product is sold and delivered in West Africa only (WAEMU countries), priced in FCFA. It is sourced from licensed poultry suppliers in the delivery country and is not exported to Canada.
