By accessing or using dikobio.com (the “Site”), operated by DIKOBIO, 1825 Russell Rd, Suite 608, Ottawa, ON K1G 3T4, Canada, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Nature of the Site
The Site is a B2B wholesale sourcing and trade platform connecting Canadian professional buyers with agricultural producers and suppliers in Togo and West Africa. It is intended for use by businesses — grocery retailers, distributors, importers, restaurants, food-service companies, and similar commercial buyers — and not for individual consumer shopping.
Product and pricing information
Product listings, descriptions, specifications, and prices displayed on the Site are indicative and provided for informational purposes. Availability, final pricing, packaging, and lead times are confirmed on a per-quote basis and may vary based on supplier pricing, seasonality, quantity, exchange rates, and logistics conditions. Listing a product on the Site does not guarantee its current availability or its eligibility for import into Canada.
Accounts
If you create a buyer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; submit false or misleading commercial information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
Intellectual property
