Cold chain
Fresh products are pre-cooled, stored cold and shipped in refrigerated containers or trucks.
Trade documents
We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus the health or phytosanitary certificates each product needs.

Import rules
Importing food can involve several checks: whether the product is allowed in, its origin, the exporter’s approval, plant and animal health, labelling, traceability, customs and import licences. Which ones apply depends on the product.
Requirements vary by product and shipment. Final import eligibility and documentation requirements must be verified with the applicable authorities and qualified trade professionals before shipment.
