Soursop, called corossol in Togo and graviola in Latin America, grows on small trees in the humid south of the country. Under its soft, spiky green skin hides a creamy white pulp with a flavour somewhere between pineapple, strawberry and banana, with a refreshing tang. In West Africa and the Caribbean it is blended into juices, smoothies, ice cream and desserts.
The fruits are picked mature but still firm, sorted by size and handled gently, because ripe soursop bruises easily.
How we supply them:
- Three sizes, about 2 kg, 3 kg and 4 kg per fruit.
- Three lot formats: basket (20 kg), crate (50 kg) and pallet (200 kg), each fruit protected in padding.
- Kept at 12–15 °C: soursop is damaged by colder temperatures and ripens within days, so we ship it by air freight.
Every lot is traceable to the farm.
The season runs from June to November. You can book volumes ahead.
