Our table eggs come from commercial layer farms, most of them in Togo’s Maritime region around Lomé, where the bulk of the country’s eggs are produced. Shells are brown or tinted. Every lot is graded by weight before packing, so a bakery or a hotel kitchen gets the same egg size from one tray to the next.
How we supply them:
- Three grades: Small (under 53 g), Medium (53–63 g) and Large (63–73 g).
- Packed on moulded trays of 30 eggs, or by the carton of 12 trays (360 eggs) at a lower price per egg.
- Collected within a few days of laying, checked for cracked and dirty shells, and kept cool (10–15 °C) until delivery by refrigerated truck.
- Minimum order: 10 trays. Regular weekly deliveries can be arranged for bakeries, hotels and caterers.
Pricing: our prices follow the wholesale reference scale of Togo’s national poultry farmers’ association (SYNEAT) for each egg size.
Where we deliver: this product is sold and delivered in West Africa only (WAEMU countries), priced in FCFA. It is sourced from licensed poultry farms in the delivery country and is not exported to Canada.
