Our bell peppers are grown in Togo’s dry season by partner market gardeners, sorted by size and wall thickness, and shipped by air freight at 7–10 °C so they arrive firm and glossy. All three colours come from the same plant family; the difference is how long the fruit ripens.
- Green: picked early, crisp with a fresh, slightly bitter bite. The everyday pepper for cooking and food service.
- Yellow: left to ripen longer, mild, fruity and colourful on the plate.
- Red: fully ripened on the plant, the sweetest and richest of the three.
Each colour is sold by the basket (20 kg), crate (50 kg) or pallet (200 kg). Every lot is traceable to the farm.
