Apples don’t grow in Togo’s tropical climate, and we won’t pretend they do. DikoBio sources them from established South African orchards, the main apple supplier to West African markets, and consolidates them through our team in Lomé. That way you can add apples to the same shipment as your tropical fruit.
What we offer:
- Varieties: Royal Gala (sweet, red), Golden Delicious (mellow, yellow) and Granny Smith (tart, green), single variety or mixed on request.
- Two unit sizes: about 150 g (medium) and 200 g (large) per apple.
- Three lot formats: basket (20 kg), crate (50 kg) and pallet (200 kg).
- Kept in cold storage at 0–4 °C and shipped in refrigerated containers to hold their crunch and juice.
The South African harvest runs from February to May, and controlled-atmosphere storage keeps good fruit available for most of the year. Apples suit fresh retail, school and hospital catering, juice and cider production, and baking. Each lot ships with its certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate.
Combine apples with your mango, pineapple or watermelon order and ship one consolidated container.
